Learns App by CTD Labs

THE PROBLEM The digital divide in tech is a significant issue, where underrepresented communities lack access to coding education and resources, leading to limited opportunities and perpetuating existing social and economic inequalities. This lack of access makes it difficult for these communities to acquire the skills they need to succeed in the tech industry. THE SOLUTION To address this problem, I support the development of Learns App, a web-based platform that offers free coding courses, leveraging a scalable architecture built with Next.js, React, and Node.js, and powered by a MongoDB integrated with the Airtable API, utilizing a microservices-based approach to ensure high availability and fault tolerance, serving over 400 active students per day.
